ShopJoy is an online marketplace for local businesses in Canada & the U.S. to sell their products. We provide an affordable solution to e-commerce, as we take care of the website configuration, payment processing, and marketing for you. Vendors are responsible for their own shop set-up and maintenance, keeping inventory current, as well as shipments directly to customers, and returns (for any damaged or defective goods).
Vendors don’t pay any mark-up fees or commissions in order to be featured on ShopJoy; we charge a very small monthly membership fee, so that we have consistent revenue to maintain the website and related services, as well as fund marketing efforts to promote our incredible vendors. We also provide additional services to vendors so they can get the most out of the ShopJoy experience. Please see our Join the Club! page for full membership benefits.
What you need to be featured on ShopJoy:
- The ability to ship orders within at least 6 weeks of purchase (if you offer shipping)
- The ability and process for handling returns (at least for damaged or defective merchandise)
*All vendors must include a Return policy on their shop page.
**ShopJoy reserves the right to reject applications and/or remove any content from its website that it deems unacceptable; at any time, for any reason.

- ShopJoy vendor shop design= $49 (optional)
We have designed the ShopJoy website to be simple and easy to use; no special skills are required to create your own online shop! If, however, you would prefer to have us create your ShopJoy shop for you, the cost will be $49 as a one-time fee for the initial set-up, and you agree that the design will be entrusted to ShopJoy. Once your store is “live”, you will be responsible for your shop and inventory maintenance from that point on.
